This is for emergency issues only. Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM you should call (229)247-2320 and not use this feature as you may not receive an answer during these hours. We do not respond out after hours if your water was disconnected for non-payment. We also do not respond out if we attempted to connect your water from 2-3PM and nobody was home.

Once you click submit, your information is automatically sent to the public works emergency phone. A representative from public works will contact you as soon as they receive the message. Please allow 30 minutes for them to respond to you.
